Right to Use of Photos

By participating in our tours and activities, you consent to the use of any photographs, video footage, or likeness captured by our staff during the event for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes. These images may be used across various platforms, including but not limited to social media, websites, brochures, and other promotional materials.

If you do not wish to be photographed or have your image used, please inform our staff in advance. Your privacy is important to us, and we will respect any request to refrain from using your image in our campaigns.

Liability for Accidents

By participating in our tours and activities, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the inherent risks involved. While we prioritize your safety and will take all reasonable precautions, Travelops Travel and Tours and its staff are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur during the tour.

We strongly recommend that all participants have adequate personal insurance coverage for accidents and health-related issues. By joining the tour, you agree to waive any claims against Travelops Travel and Tours and its affiliates for any incidents that may arise.

Force Majeure

Travelops Travel and Tours shall not be held responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the execution of the tour due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, acts of terrorism, government restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseen events. In the event of a force majeure situation, we reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel tours without prior notice.

Refunds or rescheduling will be handled on a case-by-case basis, considering the nature of the disruption and applicable policies.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

All bookings with Travelops Travel and Tours require a deposit, which will vary depending on the selected tour package. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the tour begins. Cancellations are not permitted once a booking is confirmed, except in cases of force majeure. In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics), Travelops Travel and Tours will offer rescheduling options or refunds based on the specific circumstances.

If you are unable to attend for any other reason, bookings may be transferred to another person, subject to prior notice and approval from Travelops Travel and Tours.

Code of Conduct

Participants in Travelops Travel and Tours are expected to:

Treat everyone with respect and courtesy.

Follow all safety instructions and local regulations.

Abide by local laws and avoid illegal activities.

Be responsible for their own belongings.

Respect the environment and minimize waste.

Non-compliance may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
